The High School Student guide is designed to allow the class to participate fully each week. Activities like case studies, discussion questions, self-evaluations, and more are provided to help students apply the lesson truth to their own lives.

Encounter balances in-depth Bible study with practical life application. Using powerful truths, relevant methods, and engaging activities, each lesson is designed to encourage group participation and active learning. Multimedia resources—including audio skits, classic television and movie clips, cartoons, interviews, games, and concept videos—are also incorporated into each weekly lesson. High School is a scope and sequence for grades 9-12.
